By using Office Excel, we could easily plan our shot schedule by lining up different section which is instant for us to know 'what','when' and 'where' to film.
I used 8 sections, those are 'Shot Number','Time','Shot Type','Action','Location','Costume','Props' and 'Performance'. For different location, I colored different colors because it is easier for our planning. By the lines of 'Costume' and 'Props', we could make adequate preparation of the mise en scene of our video. The line of 'Time' contributed when I created the animatic that I know where each shots should be. It was a mistake when I planed the time of each shots. I missed a second out between each shots, so when I doing the animatic, I let each shots longer.
But in actual filming, we have not followed the full shot schedule due to the techniques and the weather. We changed some shots when we doing the editing, those changes would not make big different.
After I finished the shot schedule, I did not check the spelling at the beginning, I upload it on my blog, when Abbie read it, she found that I made some mistake on the spelling of the words. With Abbie's help, I corrected all the mistake and upload the new one. I will be more careful on my english spelling. When I upload this shot schedule on my blog, I could not upload it straightly because this shot schedule is a Excel, to solve this problem, I used Screenshot of each 10 shots which is easier and clear to read than I upload it as images.
